  • List the options considered, including "do nothing" or "wait."

Decision

  • State the recommended stack: must-have tools, nice-to-have tools, and what to avoid for now.
  • State the main tradeoff or risk being accepted.
  • Note who approved the decision and when.

Rollout and review

  • State the first rollout step and how success will be measured.
  • Set a review date to revisit pricing, security posture, and whether the stack is still the right fit.
